- Rental Event Details: Event date, start and end times, venue information, and handover arrangement preferences.
- Order & Transaction History: Records of items purchased, rental bookings, dates, sales bill / receipt numbers, and payment status.
3. Trusted Infrastructure & Third-Party Processors
To provide secure web applications, reliable database synchronization, and encrypted payments, Sengaanthal utilizes industry-standard third-party service providers who process data strictly on our behalf:
We use Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions) hosted on secure Google Cloud servers in the Mumbai (asia-south1) region. Firebase securely stores your account authentication records, order details, and sales bills with TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.
Online payments are processed directly by Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. When you complete an online payment, your card, UPI, or banking information is transmitted directly to Razorpay over an encrypted TLS connection. Sengaanthal never sees, collects, or stores your credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
4. How We Use Your Information
Your personal data is used solely for legitimate business operations:
- Preparing, boxing, and dispatching bespoke artisanal hampers and floral bouquets.
- Coordinating campus handover, delivery dispatches, and studio pickups.
- Reserving shared rental equipment and verifying return inspection conditions.
- Generating verified Sales Bills and payment receipts.
- Investigating failed, pending, or duplicate transactions and resolving customer support disputes.
- Complying with applicable Indian commercial, tax, and accounting recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketing brokers.
