1. Supported Fulfillment Methods
Sengaanthal operates as a boutique artisanal studio. To preserve the pristine condition of delicate blooms and handcrafted gift hampers, we fulfill orders through clearly configured and supported channels:
We provide scheduled handovers directly within K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology (KSRCT) campus venues (including Mech Block, EEE Block, MBA Block, Admin Block, and campus hostels).
Customers can choose to collect their prepared curations directly from our studio at Ground Floor, Innovation Technology Park, KSRCT, Tiruchengodu - 637215. Store pickup is free of delivery fees, and orders are held during operating hours (08:00 AM – 09:00 PM IST).
We offer direct delivery to residential and commercial addresses in Tiruchengodu and proximate locations across the Namakkal/Erode region. We do not claim nationwide unconstrained delivery for fresh floral bouquets due to botanical preservation constraints.
2. Customer Responsibilities & Accurate Details
To ensure timely and smooth handover:
- Accurate Contact Information: Customers must ensure the recipient’s phone number is active and reachable during the delivery window.
- Recipient Availability: Perishable floral arrangements cannot be left unattended outdoors. The recipient or an authorized representative must be present to accept handover.
- Delivery Address Clarifications: For campus deliveries, please specify the exact building, department, or hostel block in the delivery address field.
3. Delivery Charges
Standard store pickup is complimentary. Campus handover and direct regional delivery fees are calculated transparently and displayed on the checkout screen prior to payment. No hidden or unannounced shipping surcharges are collected upon delivery.
4. Fulfillment Delays & Unfulfilled Orders
While we make every effort to adhere to scheduled time slots, unavoidable delays may occasionally arise due to severe weather, road blockages, or high festive demand. If our team cannot fulfill an accepted order within the agreed timeline, we will notify you immediately. If an alternative delivery slot cannot be agreed upon, the order will be cancelled and a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
